Tony Fiorito
Managing Member
Mr. Fiorito is the president of Partnership Properties, Inc., and has been a managing partner of the State Tower Building since 1990. Under Partnership Properties, hehas one million and a half square feet of prime office space in the downtown Syracuse area. As Manager of the State Tower Building, he oversees the daily function of the property, all financial aspects, and all maintenance requirements. In addition, his daily involvement with a real estate leasing communityallows him to attract new tenants to the property. Mr. Fiorito's credentials as an architect allow him to control the design for ongoing renovations as well as working with new and existing tenants for space layouts and improvements.

Dale Delaney
Building Superintendent

Art Helbock
Maintenance Manager

Lobbyperson, Elevator Starter
Oversees lobby control and security. Coordinates deliveries into and out of the building. He may be reached by pager at (315) 441-8716.

Gloria Allain
Building Office Manager
Interfaces daily with tenants regarding their issues. Responsible for all bookkeeping required for our financial operations.

Janitorial Staff
As of April 1, 2003 the State Tower Building hired its own inhouse janitorial staff. The janitorial staff consists of seven individuals who clean and maintain all tenant spaces and all common areas on a Monday through Friday basis.
